| GOALS |
| The Department of Industrial Engineering and Management aims to train and develop students who are far-sighted and practical managers in the field of industrial management. The objective of this goal is to produce managers capable of promoting and developing (1) local-national communication infrastructure; and (2) building local teaching-center networks. The Department thus promotes cooperation with local enterprises in order to integrate both the theoretical and practical aspects of the learning process. |

Both the theoretical and practical aspects of learning are emphasized in our teaching. Internship cooperation with local business enterprises and organizations is also highly encouraged.

| TEACHERS |
| We have ten (10) full-time teaching staff - including 7 Associate/Assistant Professors, and 3 Instructors who are currently preparing their doctorates. In addition, as well as having many years of working experience, most of our staff members also have technician licenses. |
| TEACHING CLASSROOMS FOR SPECIAL COURSES |
| Among others, our specialty classrooms include: a Quality Control lab, an Operating Process Research lab, a PC lab, an Industrial Security and Sanitation lab, a Mechanical Electrical Security lab, a Multifunctional PC lab, a Graphics room and a library. |
